A quick read and to the point. I have already put into practice some of the sound advice from this book and will continue to refer to it. I am casting vision for my church and this book has reminded me of the importance of communicating the vision and working with my leadership team to promote it at all times and at all levels of the church.

I wanted to help people catch our ministry's vision. I trusted Andy Stanley to help me. He did. I was surprised when I opened the envelope and saw a tiny book. I read it in less than an hour. Because I am so busy, it's brevity was a blessing! I recommend that you buy the book used. It is priced high for being such a small read.

I found this book to be sort of a rehash of Visioneering. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't word for word, but the principles were there in condensed form. It seems like all the Leadership books are becoming redundant. This one was blaise' at best for me. Sorry. I usually like what Andy Stanley writes.

This is a great little book. It has plenty of punch for it's size. Get it and apply it to your church.

This is a short and very practical look at how to cast a vision that people will catch and adopt with their lives. For a more in depth look at some of the concepts discussed in this book you should check out "7 Practices of Effective Ministry" by Stanley/Joiner/Jones.
This is a must read even for the busiest of ministers because you can immediately put into practice the concepts you read about and it does not take but an afternoon or a couple of nights to read.
