I cannot believe that this book is being taught in schools- colleges no less! This book is a poor example of bad programming and money hungry publishers. Well done authors, you've managed to sell a book that students have to buy, whilst learning nothing from it, and will not be able to sell back. Bravo!

I've decided that at the end of my stint in Veterinary A&P lab, I'm going to have a party at my place and burn this book!
I don't even know where to start with this thing. The very first exercise we did involved urea diffusion. We gave the results to our instructor, and she informed us that urea should have diffused, that it must have been a programming glitch in the DVD. What?!
Then I did another experiment at home that went alright, but the questions at the end kept asking about Na+ even though there wasn't any sodium anywhere in the experiment! You guessed it: programming problem. I would have learned more by just tossing a bunch of table salt in the bathtub and watching it dissolve.
This book and DVD has been nothing but a detriment to my Vet A&P education. The writers and publishers of this mess should be ashamed of themselves.
(One star because I couldn't give it zero.)
