Editor's Notes and Comments:

Product Description:
Follow a determined woman who searches for her past. Will true love stand in her way. . .or fulfill her deepest desire?

After learning of her mysterious heritage, Emma Wright went to The Children's Connection-and straight to the adoption agency's handsome director Morgan Davis. She wanted the truth, but client confidentiality forbade him from granting her request. But when Morgan offered her a job, Emma jumped at the chance to get close to the man with the answers. She didn't count on falling for him. . .hard.

A loner at heart, Morgan didn’t consider himself the marrying kind until Emma sauntered into his office. Though passion sizzled between them, he wondered if an ulterior motive lurked behind her bedroom eyes. Morgan was fighting the battle of his life-holding on tight to bachelorhood-and losing!

Rated by buyers 2 out of 5 stars - A woman who'll do anything to find her birth parents I do mean anything
This was the only Logan's Legacy book I did not like. Emma recently finds out that she is adopted. Immediately she's understandably angry and cuts off all contact with the parents who raised her and heads to Children's Connection to find her birth parents. There she meets Morgan who's the director of Children's Connection has the information on her parents but due to patient confidenitatly is not allowed to share it with her. Emma is of course upset. Morgan instead gives her a job working for Children's Connection. Emma decides to use it to get information on her birth parents. Despite all of this I couldn't like Emma. She spends half the book acting like the world owes her something because she found out she's adopted. Mind you, her adoptive parents never beat her or harmed her in anyway. In fact they come off as loving parents. Instead she cuts them out of her life and treats them very badly. She is rude and nasty to Morgan for not telling her about her parents. Even though Morgan points out he's bound by client privilage and the damage it could to Children's Connection. But Emma doesn't care about anyone but herself. The other half the book Emma does everything she can to convince Morgan to tell her even if means sleeping with him. From that point on I lost any sympathy or respect for her. Morgan's a really good charactor and deserved a much better heroine.
