When I read the title " The Key: The Missing Secret..." my mind underlines the words "missing" and "secret". Then, I believe there is something "vital" that is a secret and that I'm missing it. That's why I buy the book. But that very belief - "I'm missing a secret that is sabotating my capacities to manifest what I desire" - is the sabotage factor. And this factor precludes what the book have to tell me. All gurus need our primary belief in our ignorance and incapacity.

Some reviewers find a real problem with Vitale's self promotion and to a degree that objection is well founded. But with any "self help" type book there should be only one criterian, Did it, or will it help me grow? Note the question is NOT will it grow me? You have to apply the lessons. If you have read about the Law of Attraction, heard or seen somethng with a theme of "The Secret", (I found "Ask and it is Given" by Esther Hicks most informative)and you aren't making progress this book might help. But you are required to apply the lessons. A good follow up read.

This is simply another in a long line of sham/scam publications by
Joe Vitale. Please do not let yourself get ripped off by this guy. This shyster, whose unaccredited degree is absolutely phoney, makes a mint ripping people of with his "amazing secrets" to wealth and happiness. Please do not be his subsequent victim. The only person he's making rich is himself. In today's difficult economic times people are vulnerable to being exploited by snake oil salesmen like Vitale. Here is every single Vitale "book" boiled down to its core; "Think positive, and buy all of my other useless books and cd's., and you'll be rich like me!" Please do not waste your hard earned money on Vitale's rubbish.
