The idea for this text is brilliant--a quick reference for imaging clinical problems in the quickly changing world of radiology. The book is seriously let down Author name: 1/ Both a table of contents and chapter header lists that are totally lacking in pagination for specific problems. Unless you have time to flip through and find your problem you have to resort to using the index. An awkward and a downright strange omission. 2/ One of the most vexing issues for clinicians is whether to order newer imaging "with" or "without" contrast. This was the reason I ordered this text. With a few excceptions, this text does not help with this problem. They blithely recommend ording a CT or an MRI and leave it at that.
