This was my very first year teaching high school soccer. After thorough research I develop a preseason workout, a season workout, and a thorough stretch routine. I did not suffer one muscle injury this year and I think that the stretches had a lot to do with this. Overall, This book has many great ideas and if you need a little guidance this is definately the book for you.
