This book is for all ages. From Babe Ruth to Barry Bonds, it has it all. It is loaded with interesting facts and stories about the begining of baseball to the current day. Sally Cook's new book is packed with interesting baseball facts and history, and it's written in a light-hearted style both children and adults will enjoy. Even for someone who is not a baseball fan, I was amazed to discover the game was part of American culture as far back as the middle of the 19th century. The illustrations are fun and perfectly suit the subject matter.
