It would have improved the listing of that accomplishment if the author had given the reader a detailed statistical breakdown analysis of that 272 point game. What were the circumstances of that game? How many points did Mats Wermelin score in each quarter of that game? What were his field goal and free throw percentages during that game? What was the seasonal scoring average of points-per-game by Mats Wermelin that year he scored a one-game total of 272 points? What occurred to Mats in his life thereafter that mind-boggling game, etc.?
