Another solid workout from Stew. There is something for everyone here, no matter your level of fitness. I was a little intimidated at very first by the sheer amount required to make it through a single cycle of the Police Academy Workout (the very first of three presented in the book), but after six weeks it had become familiar and the results were starting to show. Whether you're preparing for Law Enforcement, or just want to get in great shape, these workouts will meet your goals. Also, the fact that Stew is always an email away to answer any questions, or clarify something presented in the book, is a great bonus (I've never had to wait more than a day for a response). Keep up the good work Stew.

The workout has a good variety of exercises and focuses on muscle groups that are beneficial to SWAT operations. The program is easy to follow and can be done quickly for those that have time constraints.

Hace apenas una semana que tuve la oportunidad de recibir este libro, y al revisarlo me pareciò excelente, tanto en el contenido como en el fin y proposito de la realizaciòn del mismo. Se parte sobre la base del principio bàsico de los cuerpos de seguridad que es servir y proteger y obviamente es un entrenamiento exigente en el cual se suda para evitar despuès verter sangre. Muy buen libro.
