Bert Monroy is one of the most talented and intelligent users of Photoshop & Illustrator to create photo realistic art. I would use the term genius but it has been over used on people unworthy of it's original meaning.
I hope to see many more works by Mr. Monroy-particularly on using Photoshop & Illustrator for graphic novel production and colouring.
