This is more like a kids book as it is very short and the words very big. It highlights a few extreme sports: skateboarding, snowboarding, bmx, and motocross. It is missing surfing, climbing, and possibly a few more. There are some profiles of extreme sports superstars. Great read for any kid interested in getting into an extreme sport. Not sure why any parent would want to buy this book for their kids, though.
