Don't Count Time, Make Time Count!
Tick ... tick ... tick ... can't find enough time? Find out how to use it far more wisely by the man who successfully run multiple business ventures simultaneously. Dan Kennedy has been called the 'Professor of Harsh Reality' because he doesn't deal in glib, pabulum solutions and eye-rolling cliches you've heard incessantly on time management.
He takes on the world of cell phones, PDAs, faxes, e-mails, and every other communication device that pervade our lives, suggesting when to tap it, and when to give it the heave-ho. This entrepreneur/consultant/author/speaker has a whirlwind business life, yet manages to fit everything in using a handful of home-brewed time management tools he swears by.
He shows how to maximize your time with a fresh take on the mantra that 'time is money.' It's all about using disciplined productivity strategies Kennedy has devised over 30 years of managing highly-profitable businesses with only minimal help.
Who is Dan Kennedy?
His business adventures have included ownership of six businesses. He appeared for nine consecutive years on THE #1 seminar tour in America sharing the platform with former U.S. President Reagan, Ford, and Bush, General Colin Powell, and business leaders such as Debbi Fields and Jim McCann. He was been in trenches and survived.

Same as all of you I hate those 5 star generated copy-paste style reports, what almost every business book has here on amazon, and always those are written by some marketing consultants.
And they are too pathetic and has no real value. So, you go on for reading the 1 star reviews.
NOW FOR THIS BOOK - THERE IS NO OTHER WORDS, than just to say - IT IS LIFE CHANGING!
I grasped every page of this book, like a fresh breeze of air at hot day - the EVERY i repeat EVERY word at this book can be in weight of gold or I would say diamonds, but only case you already have the real enterprenual experience.
When I was reading this book, I found myself nodding all the way and say YES! That guy just say what's in my head! Wow, it appears not only me is thinking this or that! Wow, here is easy solution, that was just hanging around for that problem!
And so so so again!
And what is more important - this book has NO WATER INSIDE AT ALL!!!!1 Every page is so well written, that I just want to say, that this book will be re-read by me again and again.
It's real life book. It's humorous, valuable and must read for everyone. It's not just about time management, it's about business
I just took, and ordered all the books of this author.
WHAT A BOOK!

...for taking the time to right a review. After all, is this really necessary to my life purpose?
Well, author Dan Kennedy deserves kudos for yet another in his blunt talk series on how to prosper as an entrepreneur. And, I believe saluting worthy writers is important to improving the quality of this world, even if not personally directly benefiting me.
Like all of Dan's books, some readers will be put off by his blunt "talk." I am a fan of his writings because his blunt talk stretches my mind. His style of communication is not one I choose to use myself¡Kbut I respect how effective his can be, especially for those with the stomach for his blunt talk.
Want a more corporate style presentation on this subject, then I highly recommend Dave Allen's outstanding work and fine books. But, for entrepreneurs willing to hear it from someone whose sucess is very apparent to those who know his business (as I do from being a member of one of his membership groups), then I strongly recommend this book. Read this in connection with Tim Ferris' "4 Hour Work Week" and you will be rethinking every task that you do.
What we accomplish in whatever time we have on this earth is a function, in part, of the choices we make with regard to how well we use our time. A 25% improvement in our choices with respect to time...something Kennedy shows us numerous ways that we could achieve that and more...would mean we accomplish 25% more.
What's missing from this book (but does not detract from its value) is Dan's wisdom on leveraging ones productive time. Undoubtedly, a subject for another book from this prolific author.

Some of this information is good, but when he says he refuses to use a cell phone or email it lost me.

Dan Kennedy can do no wrong, and this book is no exception. Much better than the books that show you how to go through your email the fastest way possible...Dan shows you how to get people to not send you email.
Great, great stuff.

How much of your day is actually spent in productive work? Not the time you spend in your office staring at the computer screen, on the phone, checking your email, or dealing with the umpteenth question from that employee that always seems to need just another minute of your time. Productive time is the time you are actually earning money by directly working on a project.
No BS Time Management for Entrepreneurs explains that it's those little irritants and side tasks that only take a few minutes of your time that gradually and progressively eat away your precious time. Therefore, the only real way to make productive use of your time is to limit these distracters and focus on the real work at hand.
Though I had already realized a good deal of my own distracters and time eaters before I read this book, No BS Time Management for Entrepreneurs made me realize exactly how limiting these behaviours really are and how much more productive I could become. I don't have to limit sleep to a few hours a night. I just have to realize the value of my time and react appropriately.
