Great Product. I put this in my protein shakes and it makes it a nice thick shake. Comes in little packets, convenient to carry in my pocketbook for on the go. Had a problem with the shipping, but the company straightened out the problem. Would definitely buy this product again.

I love this fiber supplement. You can't taste it in most anything. The only drawback is that it thickens up my oatmeal a little too much. I'm sticking to using it in my protein shakes and items that can use a bit of thickener.
