Remarks: The customer service operator or the seller herself (I don't remember now) didn't provide enough information about shipping like tracking number so that a customer could check the item in case it was late. To my request I didn't get that number anyways.
Poor service.

Remarks: Very fine and good service. Postal delays can occur but that is not a negative factor against the seller.

Remarks: I had a problem when the original order became lost in the mail. The seller has very first rate customer service and acted quickly to send a replacement.
