Remarks: Horribly RUDE Amateur Seller- Book had highlights on almost every page, writing in INK Throughout, and missing the CD and was listed as "LIKE NEW" - When I complained, she told me "Why dont you try a bookstore if you want a new book" Amazon.com is the worlds biggest bookstore! Poor communication, and when I alluded to that, she stated she only checks email on her days off
