Remarks: Well it was unread but not new condition. It had a remainder mark and was obviously in older condition but I am still satisfied. New implies bright unmarked pages. Very good condition would have been more accurate. Super fast shipping with excellent packaging. Thank you!

Remarks: This book arrived within three days of order - a good thing!
BUT, it was advertised as NEW with no signs of use or wear. Not true. Parts of the book had multiple pages with dark pink and blue-green highlighting.
