I just completed my very first year as high school varsity basketball coach and this book has helped immensely. I would say I have used 7-8 drills from this book, and have also used a few offensive and defensive schemes. The book is well organized and easy to understand with well-illustrated diagrams and logical reasoning behind the presented theory.
