This book was a great insight to Sean's life. The mental and physical challenges that he has had to overcome and the determination he had to keep fighting for his life. I like how Sean decided to try martial arts and by being persistent, that has made him a stronger person and has given him a very powerful skill. Sean has never given up and has passed on what he has learned to help others overcome their handicaps. Sean is a great teacher and friend and I am proud to know him.
